Bed & Breakfast Tariff 2010

Off-season (Nov - Feb, Excluding Christmas & New Year weeks)
£65 per person, based on 2 people sharing

Mid-season (March-June and October, Excluding Easter weekend)
£75 per person, based on 2 people sharing

High Season (July - September)
£85 per person, based on 2 people sharing.

Please note, during August we are unable to accept 1 night bookings and single occupancy will be charged at the full rate of £170.00

Outwith August, single occupancy rate for all our beautiful suites is £95 per night.
Our three course dinner is £35 per person.
 

Exclusive Use Self Catering Tariff 2010 (minimum stay is 4 nights)

Off-season (Jan-March, Oct-Dec, Excluding Christmas & New Year)
From £2000 per week

Peak Season (May-Sept)
From £2750 per week

For Bed & Breakfast accommodation, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

There is no cancellation charge for a booking cancelled up to one week prior to arrival.
If the booking is cancelled within one week to three days prior to arrival then 30% of the total amount payable will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 72-24 hours prior to arrival then 40% of the total amount payable will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival then full charges will be applied.

For a larger group booking a deposit is usually taken. Different terms will apply, please do call if you would like further information on the cancellation policy for these circumstances.
