Book now for Cookery School with Hyndberry 5th - 7th October 2010

Under the guiding hand of master cook Catriona Staddon of Hyndberry, learn how to prepare and host the perfect dinner party, stress-free!

We are delighted to introduce a very exciting new venture in collaboration with Hyndberry. It is an all-inclusive three night break combining cooking classes with luxurious accommodation all set within the beautiful surroundings of Letham House.

This is designed to give two people the option of enjoying different activities during the day - for example, while one takes part in the cooking class, the other may wish to play golf, go fishing, or enjoy another of the many activities available in the area. Of course, both guests may participate in the cooking class if they wish.

Over the course of the two days, participants will learn many clever and imaginative ways to prepare for and serve a delicious dinner to their guests, remaining cool and relaxed and able to enjoy the occasion too!

This all-inclusive package comprises:

  • A two day cooking class on Stress-free Entertaining delivered by Catriona Staddon of Hyndberry for one of the guests. The cooking class culminates in a gala dinner for all the guests on the final night. This is served by Hyndberry.
  • Three nights’ luxury bed and breakfast accommodation for two people
  • All meals except dinner on the second night, leaving guests free to visit Edinburgh for dinner, to see a show, or to enjoy the local area
  • Both guests may participate in the cooking class on payment of a small supplement.
