This page outlines our tariff for Bed & Breakfast and Exclusive Use for 2012. If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Please note, during July and August there is a minimum of a 2 night stay.

These prices and content are correct at the time of publishing and although we strive to keep our website as up to date as possible, there may be changes yet to be published.

  Bed & Breakfast Tariff  

For Bed & Breakfast accommodation, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

There is no cancellation charge for a booking cancelled up to one week prior to arrival.

If the booking is cancelled within one week to three days prior to arrival then 30% of the total amount payable will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 72-24 hours prior to arrival then 40% of the total amount payable will be charged.If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival then full charges will be applied.

For a larger group booking a deposit is usually taken. Different terms will apply, please do call if you would like further information on the cancellation policy for these circumstances.

We recommend all guests take out a travel insurance policy in the unlikely event that a booking has to be cancelled.

Superior Room: £130.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing. Single Occupancy £95.00
Luxury Room: £140.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing. Single Occupancy £115.00

Mid-season (March-June and September - October, Excluding Easter weekend)
Superior Room: £150.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing. Single Occupancy £95.00
Luxury Room: £160.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing. Single Occupancy £115.00

High Season (July - August)
Superior Room: £170.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing Single Occupancy £95.00
Luxury Room: £180.00 per room, based on 2 people sharing Single Occupancy £115.00
